Automatic monthly recurring billing until canceled
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data visualizations, software, and AI prediction algorithms, are the proprietary property of Cadvisor Consulting LLC and are protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
Reverse engineer our AI algorithms or prediction systems

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including if:

You engage in fraudulent activity
Your payment method fails
We discontinue the service

Upon termination, your right to access the services will immediately cease.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate third-party services such as TradingView charts and Stripe payment processing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

13. Regulatory Compliance

Cadvisor Consulting LLC is organized under the laws of the State of Michigan. These Terms are governed by Michigan law without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Not a Broker-Dealer
